1. Introduction

Welcome to the JKE (mERP: Odoo StaffHub) mobile application (“the App”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the App provided by Jay Khodiyar Enterprise (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

  • use automated systems/software (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the App without written consent.

4.1 Our Privacy Policy applies to your use of the App and forms part of these Terms.

4.2 By using the App, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

4.3 We do not share your personal data with any third-party services. All data is handled solely by Jay Khodiyar Enterprise.

All rights, title, and interest in the App—including copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets— are owned by Jay Khodiyar Enterprise or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership rights.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

7. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

7.1 The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

7.2 We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation or that the App will be free of harmful code.

We may update or modify the App (including features and performance) and may require you to install updates. We are not obligated to provide ongoing support.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad Gujarat.

We may update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after changes indicates your acceptance. Please review these Terms periodically.
